How we handle an order — from enquiry to unloading

Send the form on this page, email us or call our dispatcher. Give us the route and the date. We will agree the type and weight of the load when we quote.

Quote and confirmation
We quote for your specific route and date. Once you accept, we confirm the order and agree the loading details.

Loading and GPS tracking
We send the truck to the loading point at the agreed time. We track the journey by GPS and, on request, send you a tracking link.

Unloading and documents
We unload pneumatically into the consignee’s silo, and the consignee confirms receipt on the transport documents.

Questions about bulk silo transport
Do you transport bulk cement?
Yes. We carry cement, as well as lime, fly ash and plastic granules, in bulk in silo trailers — within Poland and across the European Union. We carry ADR dangerous goods by arrangement.
Do I need a compressor on site to unload a silo trailer?
No. The compressor is mounted on the tractor unit, and we unload the material pneumatically through a hose into the consignee’s silo.
How much does a silo trailer hold?
The tank volume is 35–40 m³ and the payload 27 t. With heavier materials, the payload, not the volume, sets the limit. These figures are indicative — we confirm them for each order.
