How we handle an order — from enquiry to unloading
- KM 01
Enquiry
Send the form on this page, email us or call our dispatcher. Give us the route and the date. We will agree the type and weight of the load when we quote.
- KM 02
Quote and confirmation
We quote for your specific route and date. Once you accept, we confirm the order and agree the loading details.
- KM 03
Loading and GPS tracking
We send the truck to the loading point at the agreed time. We track the journey by GPS and, on request, send you a tracking link.
- KM 04
Unloading and documents
The consignee confirms receipt on the transport documents. On request, we attach the temperature recorder printout to them.

Questions about refrigerated transport
What temperature range do your reefers hold?
Our refrigeration units hold temperatures in the −25/+25 °C range, so we carry both frozen and chilled goods. We set the temperature to suit the load.
Will I get a temperature recorder printout?
Yes, if you ask for it when you place the order. Our refrigerated trailers have a temperature recorder with a printer that documents the temperature during transport.
How many pallets does a refrigerated trailer take?
A 13.6 m trailer takes 33 EUR pallets. The payload is 22 t and the internal height 2.6 m. These figures are indicative — we confirm them for each order.
