How we handle an order — from enquiry to unloading

Enquiry
Send the form on this page, email us or call our dispatcher. Give us the route and the date. We will agree the type and weight of the load when we quote.

Quote and confirmation
We quote for your specific route and date. Once you accept, we confirm the order and agree the loading details.

Loading and GPS tracking
We send the truck to the loading point at the agreed time. We track the journey by GPS and, on request, send you a tracking link.

Unloading and documents
The consignee confirms receipt on the transport documents. Like loading, unloading is possible from the side, rear and top.

Questions about curtainsider transport
Can a curtainsider be loaded from the side?
Yes. The curtain slides open along the whole length of the trailer, so the load can go in from the side as well as from the rear and the top. This makes it easier to load pallets with a forklift and long items such as steel and sections.
How many pallets does a curtainsider take?
A 13.6 m trailer takes 33 EUR pallets with a payload of 24 t. The internal height is 2.7 m. These figures are indicative — we confirm them for each order.
Do you carry ADR dangerous goods in curtainsiders?
Yes, by arrangement. Whether we can carry an ADR load depends on the type of goods and the terms of the order — describe the load in your enquiry and we will confirm whether we can take it.
